North to south: Take WV/KY 1056 2.6 miles, keep left on Peter Fork Road and go 2.4 miles. Continue ahead on Pounding Mill Road for 1.4 miles. Turn right on KY 194 and go 5.2 miles. Turn right on KY 632 and go 3.7 miles to Smith Fork Road.

 

South to north: Take KY 632 east 3.7 miles, turn left on KY 194 and go 5.2 miles. Turn left on Pounding Mill Road. In 1.4 miles it becomes Peter Fork Road; continue another 2.4 miles. Turn right onto KY 1056 and go 2.6 miles to Matewan.

   2.6     Peter Fork Road to left, with Blackberry Volunteer Fire Department.

   5.5     Blue Spring Church on left.

   5.8     Dial Fork Road to right, then Blue Springs Freewill Baptist Church on right.
