FELLOWSHIP OF CHRISTIAN ADULT SINGLES (FOCAS)
FOCAS is an interdenominational Christ-centered single adult ministry in Harrisonburg and the surrounding Shenandoah Valley (Virginia) area. FOCAS seeks to provide Christian single adults with opportunities to share in fellowship, spiritual growth, and service. FOCAS is both a ministry to single adults, who have needs unique to their singleness, and a ministry by single adults, who love God and are sharing that love in service to others.

June 1 (Saturday) –MONTHLY FELLOWSHIP DINNER/FUNDRAISER – 6:00 PM at Bridgewater Baptist Church (from I-81, take Exit 245 [Port Republic Road] and go west 1.0 mile to VA 42 [S. High Street], turn left and go 4.8 miles, and turn right—2nd driveway past a pond, just before the church sign.). This evening is a fundraiser event with a baked potato bar dinner, suggested donation $5.00. FOCAS will supply the baked potatoes, toppings, and beverages. If your last name begins with A-H bring a dessert and I-Z bring a salad or vegetable dish (broccoli, butter, sour cream, and shredded cheese will be provided) to share. Proceeds will go to the FOCAS treasury. Bring money for donation. This is an alumni event. Adults only. Contact person: Peggy at 540-433-1459.

June 19 (Wednesday) –TURKS’ BASEBALL GAME, meet 7:10 PM, in the Veterans Memorial Park, JMU Complex. The Turks will play against the Winchester team. Games are $5 or $2 for 65+ seniors. Contact person: Cathy at 540-820-9669.
