FELLOWSHIP OF CHRISTIAN ADULT SINGLES   (FOCAS)

FOCAS is an interdenominational Christ-centered single adult ministry in Harrisonburg and the surrounding Shenandoah Valley (Virginia) area.  FOCAS seeks to provide Christian single adults with opportunities to share in fellowship, spiritual growth, and service.  FOCAS is both a ministry to single adults, who have needs unique to their singleness, and a ministry by single adults, who love God and are sharing that love in service to others.

June 5 (Saturday) – FELLOWSHIP LUNCH, 12:00 noon at Bridgewater Baptist Church pavilion, Bridgewater (south on VA 42 from Harrisonburg, go through Dayton, on hill to the right before you reach TAHS). Attendees should bring their own food, unless they have something specifically to be shared. Contact person: Peggy at 433-1459.

 

June 7 (Monday) – TURKS’ BASEBALL GAME, meet 7:10 PM, in the Veterans Memorial Park, JMU Complex. The Turks will play against the Covington team. Games are $5 or $2 for 65+ seniors. Bring mask, just in case. Contact person:  Cathy - 540-820-9669.

 

June 17 (Thursday) – STEERING COMMITTEE, 7:00 PM at the Clubhouse.

THE SCHULTZ THEATRE OFF BROADWAY PLAYERS have produced the following short videos during the COVID pandemic: “More Pasta”, posted in December, “Waiting For John”, posted in January, and “Shall We Dance?”, posted in February. The videos can be found at offbroadwayplayersva.org.
